100% agree with you. I am thinking the same thing every time I scan these boards. How can it be that so many here present such convincing arguments that RAC should be valued Much higher, yet the market speaks every day and says otherwise? And there are plenty of very clever investors/investment firms out there looking for, according to many here, such great risk / return investment and multi bagger.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe for a bio pharma with one drug and what, ~a dozen staff?, an mc of $250M is actually pretty lofty/ok?
Will admit that I got burnt with ADN where I would ignore the alarm bells after it had a stellar run up to an mc of $1B with pretty much a shoebox company operating out of an old bungalow in Adelaide with execs/a board that clearly were dreaming and hoping for the ride. Now, that is very different at RAC. Yet, I've said it before, once bitten twice shy, very weary when going against what the market says.
The "pros" get it right far more often - although not always - than us hc punters. Let's hope that this time we are recognising something they are choosing to ignore!
