Yes, it does. I can only speak from my experience, but EWexplorer told me to take a look, and I did. I have spoken to others are a few have joined the register. Mainly small investors, but it all helps. Hopefully they will stay the course.
RAC isn't a leaky ship either. So the idea proposed from @Inkling that family, etc, would hear about it and wade in, I treat with a healthy bit of sceptism. Not a crack at @Inkling. I just don't think that's an issue here.
