This is about a shareholder sharing the thing that doesn’t make sense to them. You don’t need millions to invest. Thats not the reason. Most people who hang out with investors, or people who work in biotech could find a few thousand to invest if they really want to. The theory that makes most sense to me is that it could be that people have burnt on the last run up. This has left shareholders reluctant to tell others and family members being wary. I was hoping someone else might have a better explanation.
