RAC is not a leaky ship. One of the first things I do when doing DD on a new company is look at the historical price action ahead of unexpected news. It is one of the easiest things to look up and one of the best predictors of management behaviour in the future. The only thing to watch out for doing this DD is make sure the management hasn’t changed as sometimes leaky ships change when there is a management change.
