Even if we get bought out all options that have not expired will go to the people that have them minus the cost of the options.
So either he has to buy them so they do not expire but I think it's more to show confidence in the stock as he is using half his salary to buy options that are worth so much more than current price.
Either way I think it's a brilliant move by our beloved CEO.
This is one of the reasons why I am investing in RAC and always seem to buy more even when I thought I have more than enough.
I think he knows even with AML which is a safe bet it's worth more than the option price he is buying.
