A third point I'll just add is that we've been told that compassionate use is active. To me that means Sheba is most likely using Bisantrene. And based on the trial results I assume this would be on R/R EM AML... Therefore in my opinion, the very first business strategy would have been a success as Bisantrene would have been supplied under the NPP (making revenue) and not compassionate use. However for commercial reason (which I agree with) it is more beneficial in giving away the drug for free at this point in time.
