While I was happy to see us back around $1.50, today’s dip let me top up and lower my average again.
Still as confident as ever. We’ve got compelling data, haven’t diluted shareholders into the ground, and are sitting on a de-risked asset that just needs the right catalyst.
A regional deal would be that moment. Look at what happened with DXB, just signing a China licence deal sent their price up over 100% intraday. That deal didn’t even cover all regions or indicate full global validation, yet the market reaction was immediate. Why? Because a third party was willing to pay real money for future rights - confirmation for those on the fence.
RAC getting a similar partnership would change the game. It’d validate what long-term holders already believe, but more importantly, it’d pull in new investors (maybe including institutional ones) who’ve been sitting back waiting for external confirmation, and also those that haven’t put in the time necessary to understand RAC. That’s when the volume shifts and rerates happen.
Still early days, but a regional partnership would be the inflection point that rewrites the current valuation story. Be happy when I’m above my average SP too!!
