Big picture this is caused by a buyer dumping a buy order at market and wiping a couple of lines. The price rises, supported by some smaller buyers. But when they finish, the lack of liquidity brings the price down a bit. It's not a reflection of the announcement nor the company, just a function of the lack of liquidity, and some ham fisted buying Those buyers dont help themselves as they are buying at above market rate. And they put gaps in the chart that then become targets. Which in turn brings the share price back down to the that region again. So, although they get to pat themselves on the back for being "the man" and wiping lines, they are really doing more harm than good.
