Remember the current go to market strategy is CPACS in combination with SoC. Bisantrene has proven to have low cardio toxicity in historical trials but is yet to prove cardio protectivity in combination in clinic. There may be an argument for an alternative or split strategy if the human data shows other therapy combination benefits. I am also looking forward to the MoA and believe there is possibly more we don't know yet.
