1. IMHO - I am not sure we can talk about a reversal yet. Today price change +3.55% but most of the price action happened at very very low volume in the afternoon. The VWAP still at 1.71. Need to see more volume to buck the trend. Tight volume and price is also a signal of investor holding tight. This is good.

2. Agree - a SPP would be The best course to get cash in the bank and without much SH dilution. As a shareholder I would totally support this. Also with a market cap of 230M getting a few millions won’t have much of an effect. More cash could notably be used to: 1) fast forward existing pillars, 2) explore new pillar opps 3) increase shareholders and partners awareness about RAC.
