If we were Daniel Tillett tomorrow, presenting RAC's story to interested would-be investors and we only had 10-20mins to talk, what points would we mention?

I would mention that RAC was special in that, for at least one or some of the five pathway trials,
    1. the length of the trial is remarkably short
    2. not many subjects are required
    3. it will be relatively easy and quick to recruit suitable subjects

Often oncology trials take forever to complete as their endpoints often require assessing long-term survival. And recruiting subjects seems to happen at glacial speed, for lots of reasons...

I would also mention when first patient is Approximately expected to be recruited. There is a huge psychological difference between a “gunna do this stuff” biotech and one that has actually commenced a trial.

it is an interesting exercise to work out how best to spend 10-20 minutes when addressing an audience keen to discover the next “you-beaut” biotech investment.

so much time is spent on introduction and background, and so little on what makes the company such a compelling, stand-out investment.

newspaper reporters are taught to “lead with the news”, or “make the bottom line the top line”...business communicators don’t always know that!
