It doesn't really matter from a bigger perspective. Ask yourself why Merchant is PR'ing, then ask yourself why now, then ask yourself whether (perhaps) it was one reason those recent CR shares were 70c not 80c.
No shareholder wants the stock to go down.
But the BoD would prefer some "soph" investors to bring a little more to the party I expect. Perhaps the PR was that side of the deal agreed by merchant?
Seems to me Merchant want to see $2-$3 before they start selling any.
If that's the definition of patience - I'm happy with it.
