They participant, in capital raising, for many A.S.X listed company, at discount rate of anywhere from 20 to 30 %.

When the company come's out of Trading Halt, the share's are dump on the market within second's.

The share price will go down to the issue price of the capital raising.

Patterson only care for their investor's, who are happy to make that 10, 20 or 30% profit, for a few day's.

While us long term Investor's, see our hard earn dollar's go down the drain and the increase in share's on the register, further diluting our holding's.
