Firstly, I really respect your contributions here and I lost my brother to cancer last year and believe that RAC treatment may have helped in his long battle with cancer (20 years) had this been available earlier. And as such believe and pray that RAC passes all of its upcoming trials.
But your comment above, Can you provide further details about PAR having a lot of clinical risk? I am aware that in tablet form Elmiron there have been some issues with long term high dosages causing Maculopathy. But you mention Kidney failure, can you point to any research or evidence that supports this. In the iPPS trials to date there have been no AE in roughly 1000+ people having received the treatment under SAS.
