Something I agree with. What it is worth isn't based off of a single persons judgement, but within the industry. If you have a value you think it is worth and it reaches that, you should sell, as that is what you think is fair value (as you said before it is not worth more than that)
All these valuations are speculative. When the time comes I hope the board will let us know what they believe is fair value.
