Corrective wave ... from that recent top 1.17 to ??? yesterday ??? Generally an a,b,c ... where b is a correction (up) within the down trend - dead cat bounce if you like.
Yes ... waves within waves ... generally 5 waves in a cycle but can be 7. Can be any - but normally 5. All about emotion ... every stock price is oversold and over bought - every! So they always go too far in any direction.
I try to interpret and only one or two stocks at a time ... seems like W3 looks for the 3 of big 3 move - each to their own.
I think RAC is about to make wave 3 up of big wave 3 up ... I'm not too hot at calculating it as I like to eyeball and interpret - but the target will be something like ... $2.25 (I'm picking 200% (1.61 seems too modest) of the previous move 2*(1.17-0.445) + 0.84
Market Cap target 300m
To add to what W3 just said - W5 can be deadly as that's the final "hope" wave that can faulter. Look what happened to RAC during that first C19 crash!
