Here is an interesting stat - average buyer parcel ~ 1500 units and average seller parcel ~ 4050 units. That seems to me as a bit of a change? - not likely insto style buyers style (more retail?) and most likely sellers with substantial holdings to unload (and if so why would they?)
Any opinions?
