We've got two different chart patterns telling us the same thing, that RAC will hit $4.50 next week.
There is a bullish pennant (blue) and ascending triangle (orange). Both patterns are in agreement on a short-term price target.

The pennant formed after a flagpole of 1.53, the continuation of this pattern is the same height as the flagpole but starting from the breakout point of the pennant. We saw the pattern confirmed when breakout happened on large volume. This projects the price to reach $4.50

An ascending triangle is forming with the swing highs around $4 and the swing lows getting higher and higher. If this were to breakout on volume, projected price from the breakout point is the same height as the tallest part of the triangle which is 0.51, again projecting the price to be $4.50

I feel as though the agreement of these two bullish continuation patterns makes it very likely that this will play out and we reach $4.50 next week, however that also makes it likely that this is a strong resistance point as both patterns will have completed. If this were to coincide with an announcement from the company, we could see prices fall back or consolidate at or below $4.50 - as we saw last year there was a strong run up before the AGM and then once news was released the price retreated. A similar scenario could play out here of people buying the rumour/hype and selling the news.
