What we have here is selling from two shareholders (Bill Garner and Merchant) who are sitting on very large profits and who arguably have a very distorted portfolio as a consequence of the rerate. What amazes me is the lack of sustained selling outside of these two holders. I know that neither of these two holders has any inside information.
