I know exactly who sold after the AGM and it wasn’t “insiders” (I assume by this you mean former directors selling as there has been no insider selling), it was due to totally inane selling by people who were given very cheap options long before I joined the company. The upside was people got some cheap(er) shares and RAC got a little cash, but overall it is frustrating to see selling disconnected to the fundamentals.
