I think today's was a REALLY good announcement, giving us a clear indication that we are AT LEAST on the path to continue the trajectory of the last 150 days, where the FTO science can be proven in pre-clinical and progress into Phase II early next year. No delays, just really good specialists getting down to the business of proving up the theory. As the CSO has indicated, there's no reason to expect that the mechanism won't work in humans, but it does need to be proven in trials.
