I partially agree G, charts are not a solid basis to relying on the buying or selling shares.
A SP price can be in the overbought territory for months and continue to rise.
Look at RAC chart from 2nd Feb through to the 15th Feb.
The chart indicated that SP was in overbought territory from 2nd Feb @ $1.74 and remained in the overbought territory for 2 weeks.
The SP rose to $3 at the end of this 2 week period.
If you followed the charts and sold at $1.74 you miss out on a 70% SP increase.
