MOF were pretty transparent on their investment strategy, and they kept to it. While they said they weren't going to sell and then did on HotCopper. I'd say their senior investment advisor or analyst advised them to sell. Who knows a large investor in their fund might had pressured them to sell.
RAC are funded through most if not all of CY21 so I don't think they'll need a CR any time soon, or ever. I'd hope when funds are needed, we're in a position to approach some pharma companies or experts in the biotech industry to move forward with what the funds are for.
One thing I do love about RAC, is that when funds are needed, it's usually not for 'working capital' they outline exactly where the money will be used.
