It is when they run out of shares or otherwise stop or slow down … supply eases and the share price takes off.
The SP has a history of doing this with very strong lines of support due to the fundamentals of the drug and RACE’s careful execution of strategy ( buyers comfortably accumulating during pullbacks ).
