I'm not a chartist, but I certainly dont rubbish them either.
This is textbook example of how the herd acts. The bulk of speck investors are emotionally driven. The chart, doesnt really graph SP, it graphs emotions.
People make good coin off charts. Dont call them chartists or TA investors, just psycologists.
