I've personally seen them reload 5k over and over again, with small chunks being taken out of the 5k lot (so it looks like 4800 for example) so there's a good chance the lots were an even higher percentage of total sales, it's just harder to see that kind of thing in course of sales data at the end of the day.
It's a bit frustrating but what can you do? It's theirs to sell.
