I would encourage anyone who is a sophisticated investor and qualifies to get the paperwork and I would discourage anyone who meets the asset criteria, but really doesn’t know much about investing, to not get it. While being a sophisticated investor can open up some great investment opportunities, it also opens you up to a lot of investment scams.
