1. That was just what I was able to buy at 4.5c. I bought a few more shares from 4.7c to 5c. This was all before I spoke to Peter Molloy (the CEO at the time). I think I had around 500K of shares before I spoke to Peter about cornerstoning.

2. The pathway was I started buying on market, but I could see from the last quarterly that RAC would need to raise very soon. I rang up Peter and asked him if he would like me to cornerstone the next raise. As you can imagine these sort of approaches are rare for companies like RAC (MC under $4 million at the time) so he was unsurprisingly interested. I signed a CDA so I could do more DD on the company, the only downside of this CDA was I couldn’t buy anymore of RAC on-market. The raise was done at a premium at the end of August and I joined the board in September 2019. Little did I know how drawn into the story I would become - when I invested I just thought I would be a NED.
