I don't know enough about anything to offer up a theory on this but quite often there are complaints here of manipulation or games being played at the close. So what about today, this has to be a pretty positive close right?
Open at $3.56, up and down a bit for the day then back to $3.56 at 3:59pm. Then ~8000 traded at $3.59 for nearly $30k, around 7.5% of the days volume.
But yeah, I never really look so I could be way off
