There's been plenty of news that's dropped since the peak on March 9th this year and none of it has triggered a new uptrend. What news are you expecting which would change this?
My experience so far with RAC is that price increases do not seem to correspond with news dropping at all, which is one of the things that has made it very hard to try to sell and hope to buy back in at price low enough that it's worthwhile to do so (after taxes etc., assuming you're trying to maintain or increase your holding).
