    Morning to all,

This is my first post on your thread, I watch it with tremendous interest, however, I will disclose I am not a current holder at this point. My current Personal Financial reasons of over commitment elsewhere is dragging my chain just now. But I am working to change that so I can obtain an entry position.

The information presented here is amazing and I'm slowly getting my head around the FTO science, solely due to the incredible detail you present on this thread.

Cancer treatment/ science is mind boggling stuff for a layman, particularly with so much rapid advancement across the space and I am thank full for what I have already learn't here poking around in the shadows.

I was hoping you could offer your knowledge, opinion/ thoughts on the second check point inhibitor "Lag3" recently validated by BMS as adjuvent to the PD1 checkpoint inhibitor Optivo.

With ongoing clinical trial work still to be done by BMS to commercialise same and satisfy FDA & EMA is it possible that a layered treatment approach would likely be successful?
Such as FTO working with PD1 PDL1, LAG3 checkpoint inhibitors to improve patient outcomes as an adjuvent therapy?
Or as a first/ second line treatment sort of under or over the checkpoint inhibitors to attack the cancers with a more diverse army? I hope I am making sense?

Thanks in advance for any enlightenment you may be able to provide on the above, if I was cancer I would be seriously scared with the levels of commitment companies like Race Oncology are applying to assist patients to live not only better quality lives but more time with loved ones.

    IMO
    DYOR
Good luck to all holders and patients.
