Interesting update of the securities trading policy on 13 October.
A standard securities trading policy was installed. I wonder what pre-existed?
Covers off Key Management (KM) and 'Third Parties' (TP), trading in Derivatives, but notably excludes stocks acquired under employee share schemes.
It'd be interesting to know how much associated derivatives trading by KM and/or TP's has occurred to date (if any)?
If there has this may well explain some of the trading patterns observed with automatic offsetting positions taken by up by the CFD issuers.
