I'm almost certain that RAC will trade above $4.50 per share well before the options are due to expire (which would add an additional ~$200M+ to the current market cap).

RAC is currently trading a significant discount considering Zantrene has had more than 40 published clinical trials with over 2,000 patients treated. This data is worth value. The cost to obtain all that historical data today would be significant (to say the least). The value of the historical data + all the recent progress that has been made, is not fully reflected in the current market cap, IMHO.

Not only does Race have historic trial results, but when that data is combined with recent results (such as Israel) and the risk mitigation nature of the concurrent development of the three pillars, there is a very high probability of success.
There is also the orphan drug designation and a robust set of patents which will really add further value to the company when buyout negotiations commence.

It was predicted that large biopharma companies have an estimated ~$US530B to spend in 2021 on M&A activity, trendlines suggest that number will increase in 2022.
