IMO a little too much conspiracy theory here.
There is no proven asset as yet.
...and I doubt BP are that forward looking.
Would they be following progress? IMO there would be some curiosity.
I just don't think BP are into high risk plays.
There is still high risk and it would be a brave employee to take such a punt.
SH of BP want certainty not speculation.
Are we on a winner?
We clearly think so
Why else would we be here?
IMO we need to be careful projecting our own timelines.
e.g. RAC will work to prove the asset and talk to BP. RAC mentioned talking to BP this year, but if that doesn't happen until next year they would have good reason for that. Given the trials in progress, all we can deduce is that the next 2 years will be a company maker or breaker. ...and BP will be addressed at the appropriate time.
