    A question to those who mentioned recently that MOF or others capped the sell side to acquire more shares- on a down day like today how come we don’t see much volume/ accumulation of their aim was to buy below a certain price eg $3.3? Do they follow that only when there is a price sensitive Ann and the price is moving up and they try to hold it back?
