Thanks for posting these @OTG. The sell rate seems to be a variable percentage that increases as the total volume increases. The strong inference is that Shaw = Bill Garner and we're watching his total holding slowly deflate. Exactly what many on this thread have been speculating has been occurring for a long time - and further, the speculation is that this is what has kept the price range bound.. Please keep up the daily posting if it's not too much trouble.
