Good morning @Mason14 and @wombat777 I'd like to get your thoughts on a question that has been playing on my mind for a few days now. Its in relation to a buyout price and its relationship to the share price at the time of an offer. This to me could be a stumbling block, perhaps because the share price at the moment is relatively low to the sort of buyout price I am hoping would eventuate. So I think people have posted on this forum that the buyout price would be a multiple of the current share price, but would need to be at a fairly low ratio (eg 2x). So if we are seeking a buyout price of say US $100 (which to me is not unrealistic given the data to date), then the share price at the time of the offer should be $50. Based on your research of other transactions, and using $US 100 as an example, do you believe that a share price of $50 is a essential precursor of a buyout of $100? If not why not?
If we have a timeframe of a buyout perhaps 12 months from now, and given the current share price, Im wondering if we would get to say, $50 in a 12 month time period.
    Hope this question makes sense.
