What happens to the price when the SPP is undersubscribed? We probably would have ended up around here anyway but at least if this went to instos the cash would have been locked in. Now we're looking at going sub $3 with no guarantee of full funding. So we might not even end up with enough cash to drive future results.
We've seen how the market reacts to RACs pre-clinical data (goes backwards). The second 'once in a lifetime' discovery price action got destroyed by the SPP. What moves the price now?
