All stocks have small holdings ( 1 share lol ) specifically to take up positions in SPPs. I think a good majority of people in this category taking up the SPP will leave their subscriptions to the last few days the offer is open.
A good number of these taking $1k to $10k and I think the SPP will help RAC reach their target.
