I would be suprised if the SPP isn't fully subscribed, but if it isn't, I hope that management offer the shortfall to existing sophi RAC shareholders.
Shares more likely to stay in diamond hands than offering to an insto.
And it's to all our benefit to see the full program of trials fully funded. imo.
