We don't have a 'Bill selling' problem. We have a lack of churn problem.

Bill has sold around 9m shares the past 12 months - less than 8% of the total churn.

I imagine the interest generated if the SPP over-subscribes alleviates this problem. Not sure a speccy biotech has raised ~$30m in a retail only SPP on the ASX before? Come to think of it, I can't think of a speccy anything to raise that sort of cash solely via retail?

The AFR would love that.
