For refunds IF oversubscribed, the Bank Transfer refund (assuming you have your bank details on Automic) takes a couple days after all shares issued.

If you don't have the details, they go to your registered address via snail mail.

My refund for another SPP took a week to come through.

That one did around 40M from institutions, 5M from retail. Retail was oversubscribed heavily, raising 32M and scaled back dramatically.

However, that biotetch company has 1.8 billion SOI, that's 12 times RAC's SOI, and 5k investors compared to 9k for RAC. And that was just a breakeven cap raise, not really doing anything new to provide more value.

30M from retail isn't THAT ambitious as people are putting, definitely possible. I'd be surprised if RAC doesn't get oversubcribed.

Companies don't need to close SPPs early. They can keep them going even after raising a whopping 6 times more than intended. They want to run their algorithms and award more shares to holders, refund flippers.
