Sydvest is like the investment "experts" we've seen with Kochie's team etc

They either don't have, or don't take the time to do the research and then they have to fall back on a rule of thumb - and that is, most new Pharma will fail.

So that view is an ok view, and so is the view "it's been around for ages and what's different now?"

But the answers to each of those questions is "it's different". There are an enormous number of studies and trials to provide evidence of difference and there's a new approach to drug delivery that probably sounds like a silly tweak, but the reality is that these things combined mean that it is 'probably' a game changer.

No need to get emotional about it (although as a human being we're very prone to get emotional about it!)

As someone quite insightful once said "people don't have ideas, ideas have people".
