A lot of talk about holding until a takeover. This is a good idea, however you really should value the company and reassess when fair value hits. Which couod happen anytime if it keeps getting its meth hit...
Currently it may be significantly undervalued, but at some point - most likely nearing end of the trials - it will reflect true value. You then have to assess if you take the risk that outcones will be equal or better than current treatments, or sell at a fair price.
I plan to do both, but everyone should really only plan to hold until the end while understanding at a point in time this stock will carry a lot of risk.
