Let's do a quick comparison to a company you're family with - IMU.

IMU market cap - 150M (35M cash)
Trials - Phase I and Phase II - YEARS away from being commercial and will require more trials and $$ (note: phase II fully funded with current cash position)
Revenue potential - im assuming similar to RAC?
Risk - 15% of success for phase I, then ~30% for phase II and III

RAC market cap- 120M (enough cash to last until 2022 - 5 step process)
Trials - fully funded, shorter process through s 502 application with fda (could have noted the wrong section, going off memory and could be getting confused with recent exams)
Revenue potential - ~4B future revenue, short term 150M NPV grant (~12 months)
Risk - assume 30% for phase II/III, however, having had historic trials show 40%+ efficiency and a recent trial validating that. I think you can increase the chance of success, how much? Not too sure how to appropriately do this.

For RAC to get to $2 = 234M market cap, do you think this is unreasonable given RACs positon, do you think it's unreasonable that the hot run of SP would continue to attract more investors, that the new sophisticated investors would attract more investors? Could the increased exposure result in such a quick gain. I think yes, because when you compare RAC to other biotech companies, how can you not invest in it... IMO... I'm assuming, I'm selling IMU short because I've only had a quick look at it, but you get the point im trying to make.
