Same way anyone here who is not in Oncology would hear about a promising drug in the EU - either we’ve had cancer ourselves, or family. In my case it was a family member, asking their oncologist if it could work on their specific cancer. The oncologist actually replied no and seemed to indicate it they knew it was lost to the world and could be decades away.
But if you have your doubts, then fine, champ.
