Yes. Exactly. I have spent years trying to figure out the algos and the shorts and the TA. I love it!
But I wish I could get it right more often ... lol. I use a simple theory now that works more than it doesn't ... TA rules!
Pretty certain yesterday was just a T+2 or DT, sell-off from the failure to go higher after open, compared with the day prior.
We'll see today. Same for the other one. Both probably hit support.
If DrG is still selling we'll know by lunch-time today as I reason the traders will be gun-shy for a while.
