I think it's also important to consider who else is watching the price. It doesn't take much reading on these forums to see that many shareholders have high expectations on the pending updates. Don't underestimate other players using this to their advantage. Numerous times I have seen this anticipation used to drive fear in stocks, ie big players dumping a chunky volume on market upon release of news in order to trigger selling, making holders think they 'missed something' in the announcement that should question their holding. So I'd say be mindful of this, read carefully and make your own decisions
