It is definitely frustrating as the steady stream of announcements aren't being factored into the share price. Perhaps I wouldn't sell any at $7 either (but there would be others who would), but that's beside the point. If the share price is languishing when there is a take-over bid, then the epic hockey stick you speak of won't be nearly as epic as it would be if today's announcements had a positive affect on today's share price IMO.
