I thought cup and handle had already closed out and this is potentially another pattern? I don't know anything about TA though.
But from the charts, I thought the top of the cup formed around mid/end of February, then the handle formed / breakout from there through until mid July; where accumulation has been happening from that point?
Just doesn't look like a cup and handle from the images you supplied is all.
